Every order is freshly baked and packed to order to ensure your pup receives the freshest treats possible.
Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days, depending on volume.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS service.
All orders ship from Claremont, California.
Funky Lil Pooch is not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS or unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather.
Freshness & Shelf Life
Our treats are vacuum-sealed to help naturally lock in freshness.
• Shelf life is 90+ days when unopened.
• Once opened, reseal the jar after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
• Because we use simple, wholesome ingredients, we recommend enjoying them within the suggested freshness period.
Packaging
Every order comes packaged in a new reusable mason jar, helping reduce waste while keeping treats fresh and protected during shipping. When the treats are gone, simply wash the jar and reuse it around your home.
Local Pickup
Choosing local pickup?
Orders selected for pickup must be picked up within 14 days of notification that your order is ready.
Orders not picked up within that timeframe may be canceled.
